Deaf Havana is a four-piece band from England.
They have released many titles, including some self-produced works. Initially, their style was strongly influenced by screamo and post-hardcore, but in 2010, vocalist Ryan left the band, which caused deaf Havana to undergo a transformation.
In their home country, they moved to the major label BMG in 2011 and achieved the amazing feat of releasing their latest album, Fools and Worthless Liars, which reached number one on the BBC Rock Albums Chart, growing into a band recognized by everyone for both their talent and popularity.
In this album, the screamo and post-hardcore sounds have faded away, and the sound has deepened into a straight emo and alternative sound reminiscent of Jimmy Eat World, etc. The melancholy yet powerful vocal melodies are truly first-rate.
Their constantly deepening potential is already on a global level. The Japanese version includes two bonus tracks!
